In 1996, Mark started a residential home building company and cut his teeth on:

• Estimating costs
• Designing winning home plans
• and running subcontractor crews on multiple projects.

 

 

His home building company has become sustainable throughout the years with a great team of construction talent working for him. His philosophy is to develop relationships with subcontractors and not necessarily chasing the cheapest bid.

Cost is important, but Mark has found it to be most profitable with reliable subcontractors who show up on time, do quality work, and solve any problems together as a team. Sustainable Homes is environmentally-conscious when it comes to home construction, and we strive to build the kinds of homes that we would want for our own families.
